Facts or fiction??

[1] Chocolate as an aphrodisiac?
Well, let's put it this way; people have believed that since the 18th century. Eating chocolate certainly is a pleasant experience. And some people say if you believe it's true it's true. We can only say: You have to decide that one on your own.
[2] Eat chocolate and live longer!!
A 1999 article said researchers reported that people who eat chocolate three times a month could add a year to their lives. They say antioxidants deserve the credit: 3 oz. of high quality Swiss chocolate has 410 mg. - more than a serving of broccoli. And an antioxidant-rich diet helps protect you from disease, said researcher Andrew L. Waterhouse, PhD. WOW...............imagine if you ate chocolate three times a day!!
[3] White Chocolate is not chocolate.
Absolutely correct. White chocolate is made from whole milk, sugar and cocoa butter but has no non-fat cocoa solids. White chocolate is even made with vegetable oil instead of cocoa butter.

cont.. A Present

A memory from someone that is far away... a beautiful clothing you saw on a window shop.. the keys to a new car, a beatiful winter coat.. or just a beatiful flower from somebody that remember you..

This happen every day but we do not realize it.. every day when we wake up, it is there, before us, a present send to us by god.. a whole day to use in the best possible may seem to be able to solve. sometime it comes with sadness, deception even tears..
But other time it come with suprise, happiness, success and achivement

What is important is that every day we receive a present, wrapped especially for us while we sleep.THE NEXT DAY. We are presented this box with colored bows, no matter what the day bring ..

That day when we wake every morning is a PRESENT. The PRESENT that life gives us. It is not always what we we wish wish or what we hope for... But it is the best for us what we need most, what we have to learn.. what we need to grow..

Open your PRESENT every day, giving thanks first to creators that give it to you without thinking what is inside the box.

If today you do not receive the present you wanted, wait for the next one.. appreciate what you receive

Tomorrow.. open your present with love and ethusiasm, because one day your dream and the life plan for you will come inside the box, beautifully wrapped for you...

Life do not care about what we want .. just about what we need .. and that is good

May you have a day of full of blessing in which you can feel the loving presence of your creator and may the present of every day bring you peace, spiritual growth and enligthment on all we still have to learn about everyday and the plan life has for us, every day..

A Present

Nothing happens by accident….

If one day you wake up, you would find on your bed a beautiful wraped present with delicate bows, you would open it before even washing your face curious about what is inside…

Maybe what you find is something you not like very much… then you would put away the box wondering what to do with the present..

But if the next day, you find another present you would open it also and if this time you find something inside that you like very much….

to be continue...=p

JUICE!

My favourite drinking is juice. i love to drink apple juice and orange juice. Why i love to drink orange juice?. Well, it is because one orange supplies a healthy dose of vitamin C which plays an important role in cancer prevention, healthy blood circulation and wound healing. Besides, oranges are a good source of the crucial B-vitamin folate, which is essential in preventing birth defects and fighting heart disease. Oranges are loaded with disease "phyt-ing" phytochemicals. These substances, such as flavonoids, which are found in oranges, act as antioxidant and may protect against heart disease. According to a Finnish study, women with the greatest intake of flavonoids had half the risk of dying from heart disease compared to women in the study with the lowest intake. So, now you know why i love to drink orange juice?. Yes it is because it is good for our health.

When you pick a healthy hot cereal over a pre-packaged cold cereal, you not only warm up your morning, you also gain health benefits that last a lifetime. Oatmeal, recently discovered as the cholesterol buster has its roots in Scotland. This early reference is why we associate the oatmeal grain with hot cereals. Oatmeal is slowly digested and high in complex carbohydrates, which makes it an ideal food choice for diabetics. Even with all this good news, only one in five families eat this heart healthy grain. Those that do, usually go for the pre-sweetened, chemical-containing single serving packs. These may lower your LDL, or "bad" cholesterol, but you'll be consuming too much sugar and less of the good stuff that actually sweeps your arteries clean.

Oats are not the only heart healthy powerhouse. Other whole grains such as brown rice, whole wheat or corn-based hot breakfast cereals can also deliver their health benefits as well. Brown rice based cereals are composed of processed rice, cooked like oatmeal. Choose a whole grain brown rice, and the resulting product is much like cream of wheat, but without the wheat. This is a great option for those who have a wheat allergy. Brown rice has tons of fiber and is also high in several minerals, including magnesium, phosphorous and potassium. Whole grain brown rice cereals are found in your local health food store, or in the health food section of your grocery. Whole wheat cereals also have tons of fiber and are a good choice for those wanting to try something new.

soya

There is a lot of controversy about soya and it's effect on human's health. Soya is beneficial for those with heat signs - feeling hot, red face, red eyes, high blood pressure, constipation and great thirst. It is also good for signs of dryness. Hence, soya is often recommended for menopausal women. For people with a cold constitution, the cooling properties of tofu may be balanced by combining it with ginger, which is a warming spice. Research has shown that eating soya can lower LDL "bad" cholesterol. People who eat a wide variety of pulses and wholegrains rather than high quantities of meat and saturated fats will tend to have lower cholesterol levels. Many women find that taking soya can help to normalise hormone levels. vegetarians and vegan alike will find soya a good source of protein, although care should be taken not to rely on it too heavily.

importance of water

Do you know how important water to our health?.True health cannot occur without proper hydration of the body.we need to drink half our body weight in ounce minimum each day. If your weigh 200 lbs, you should consume 100 ounces of water. will boost your confident and momentum.

Detecting Diabetes Earlier

A blood test may someday pinpoint your risk of type 2 diabetes long before
the disease sets in. People with deeply belly fat surrounding the organs have
higher levels of substance called retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) in their blood
there're more likely to be obese and have diabetes. But even lean folks can be at
risk, says Dr Barbara Kahn, an endocrinologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical
Centre. Exercise and treatments for insulin resistance can lower RBP4 and may
stave off diabetes, says Dr Kahn.
