Goal, Set, Match..

  • Be specific

- what do you want to achieve?

  • Go on the record

- writing down you goal help imprint them on your brain and shows your commitment.

  • start easy

- if your aim exercise 30 minutes, start with 10 minutes every morning. building the habit

will boost your confident and momentum.

  • Divide and conquer

- arrange your list into short and long term goal. then break them down into steps

  • Tell someone

- sharing your goal with you family or you "goal friend" will help you accountable

and will ensure you don't lapse

  • Reward yourself

- acknowledge your achivement of each step
