Breakfast

For me, breakfats is important to start my day. Ican't start my day without take a breakfast.
By taking breakfast, it kick-start my metabolism. I tend to eat fewer calories and make better food choices throughout the day. By taking breakfast, it will make us do better in school and more active. The important thing about breakfast that you should know is any breakfast is better than no breakfast, sometimes you have to eat on the go and remeber, you must stay away from sugar choice.
